Shipping Policy

Kiersy Kay Designs ships via USPS.  A flat rate of $4.99 added at checkout for all orders.

A confirmation number will appear on your screen immediately after your checkout purchase and an email will be sent as well.

Upon checkout, all orders will be charged a sales tax. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Orders placed after 4pm CST will be processed the following business day. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days upon order purchase.

Customized orders are shipped within 5-7 business days.
